The gal researched my insurance to see just what vision coverage I had, if any under my policy. Holly greeted me next and we completed the next part of the exam. Both confident and professional, she also said something so funny that gave me a belly laugh. Dr Londa Fischer fine-tuned my prescription. She did not rush through the exam but took the time to show me the images of my eyes and explain clearly to me what was going on. I have never had anyone take the time to do that. She also wrote out 2 prescriptions, one for close vision and one for Progressive lenses. Another first for me. Meaghan picked out four frames for me then I actually liked. That’s always the hardest part. I highly recommend North Star Eyecare.”
